Our Boarding Students and some of our Secondary students attended and supported the Haemophilia Awareness Day Event at Crystal Hotel on Saturday, 29th April 2023. At the event, our students arranged some games and provided musical entertainment.
It was a great opportunity for our students to learn more about the condition, engage, and offer service to our local community.
Today our Year 3 to Year 13 students attended the first assembly for Term 3 and commemorated World Haemophilia Day led by our student Natasha from Year 11 and visitors from PSU to raise awareness about the disease and other blood-related disorders.
Bloomsbury celebrated Songkran Festival on Thursday, 6th April 2023 to commemorate Thai Culture with so many exciting events.
The celebration started off with a school assembly and building sand castles in the morning. Thai treats were also served at lunchtime. In the afternoon we had performances by the students, pouring water on the hands of and praying for blessings from adults, and water play.
It was just another fun-filled celebration of the Songkran Festival.
Thank you parents for celebrating with us.
Yesterday was ‘Wacky Wednesday’ at Bloomsbury. Our students dressed up to raise money for SOS Children's Village and a local animal shelter. Well done Newton House for organising such a great event.
Yesterday we had the privilege of enjoying a Music Recital organised by Mr. Noonan and some of our students. Well done to all our performers - you were FANTASTIC!
